WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Disconnect power at fuse or circuit breaker before installing or servicing.

5.Slip the Assembly over the mast arm. Secure Mast Arm Adapter to the mast arm with the four (4) 3/8-16x3/8 Set Screws. Drill a 3/8” hole through the mast arm and install the 3/8” carriage bolt and nut. Use care in drilling hole so as not to damage electrical wires in the mast arm. Make electrical connections in the Mast Arm Adapter. Install the wire way door with two (2) 6-32x3/8 screws.
