Placing a Call on Hold

1)During a call, press hold/transfer/int’com. The call will be put on hold.

•You can hold a call for 5 minutes, when

After 10 seconds of pressing hold/transfer/int’com or by pressing the end key, the handset display screen will read, Line On Hold .

5 minutes has passed, the call is disconnected and the phone returns to standby mode.

2)To talk to the caller, press talk/flash or speaker on a handset. The phone will return back to the call.
