Using the charger

※Close the cover completely, or the charger will not work.

• Charge before initial use after |
purchase or after an interval of |
three months or longer. |
• Use only the included charger |
and insert the battery in the cor- |
rect polarities when charging. |
• It takes approximately two hours |
to fully charge the included bat- |
tery. |
• The included battery can be re- |
charged about 300 times. The |
HOLD |
This function stops the unit from responding when a button is pressed.
It prevents the following:
•The unit turning on unexpect- edly, causing the battery to go flat.
•Play being interrupted when a button is accidentally pressed.

Inserting the battery
Open the headband.
Push the battery lid out and down towards the ear pad.
Insert the battery in the correct polarities.
Close and lock the bat- tery lid.

•You cannot use manganese batteries.

•The indicator appears when the battery is low. It may not appear correctly under some operating conditions. The display during play is the best guide.
•When the indicator flashes, recharge the rechargeable bat- tery or replace the dry cell bat- tery with a new one.
Using the lanyard hook
Attach a neck lanyard (not included) to the included hook to help prevent the unit from falling.

Take care that the lanyard does not get caught and choke you.
If the battery lid comes off
Insert the tabs on the lid into the slits inside the battery compart- ment.
