Remove the Joybee 210 from your PC

Double click the USB device icon on the task bar.

1.A dialog box as shown below appears on the screen. Select USB Mass Storage Device in the dialog box and press Stop.

2.Another dialog box as shown below appears on the screen. Select BenQ Joybee 210 USB Device and press OK.
