If you encounter any of the problems listed below, follow the suggested solutions.
1.No Power.
-Is the battery inserted correctly?
-Is hold switch OFF?
-Is the player combined with USB credle?
-Is the battery empty?
2.No Playback.
- Check if the files are in MP3 or WMA format.
3.No Sound.
-Is the volume level adjusted?
-Is the earphone properly connected?
4.Broken characters appear in the LCD Screen.
- Check if the Language settings is connect in the Menu item.
5.Firmware upgrade function does not work. - Check your internet connection.
