The automatic search music system lets you skip forward or backward through a CD’s tracks.
During play, press SKIP/SEARCH SETTING -ýonce to skip to the beginning of the next track. Repeatedly press SKIP/SEARCH SETTING -ýuntil the desired track number appears.
To return to the beginning of the current track during play, press SKIP/SEARCH SETTING )ýonce. Repeatedly press SKIP/SEARCH SETTING )ýuntil the desired track number appears.
To search a particular section within a track, hold down SKIP/SEARCH SETTING -ýýor )ýduring play. The CD player rapidly plays the CD either forward or backward at a high speed and low volume. When you hear the section you want, release SKIP/ SEARCH SETTING -ýýor )ýto resume normal play.
If you press- while the last track is playing, forward search stops at the end of that track. If
you press) while the first track is playing, backward

•Sudden relocation of the clock radio from a cold area to a warm one can cause moisture to form on the CD player’s pickup lens and disrupt operation. If this happens, unplug the clock radio and wait about one hour before plugging it back in and playing a CD.
