TROUBLE SHOOTING

NO SOUND

	IS THE POWER LED LIT?
YES		NO
	Check Power and Remote turn-on wire
	for voltage. Make sure Ground wire is
	secure.
	IS THE SYNC LED LIT?

YES

Unplug the Digital Input cable from the DAC-348

NO

Bypass the DAC-348 by connecting the analog RCA input cables directly to the Preamp (PAR-245).

ANY SOUND NOW?

YES

Problem is in the DAC. See your local Authorized PrecisionPower Dealer or call 1-800-62POWER.

NO

Problem is elsewhere in the system. Check head unit and amplifiers.

ANY SOUND NOW?

YES

SOUND IN ONE CHANNEL ONLY

NO

Problem is elsewhere in the system. Check head unit and amplifiers.

				Check Balance control. Reverse left
				and right RCA inputs
			SOUND IS NOW IN
SAME CHANNEL				OPPOSITE CHANNEL
Problem is in the RCA cables				Problem is in the head unit or RCA
					cables
		Reverse left and right RCA outputs
			SOUND IS NOW IN
