Safety Information

Power Supply
1.Remove the lid of the battery compartment by sliding it outward in the direction of the arrow.
2.Insert 2 UM4 / AAA / R3 batteries into the compartment.
3.Replace the lid.

General Controls

Power on / off the unit
1.Scroll the volume knob upward to turn on the unit, you will hear a “click” sound.
2.Scroll the volume knob downward to turn off the unit, please make sure you hear a “click” sound.
Using the Radio
1.Turn on the radio by rotating the volume knob.
2.Use the band selector to select band (FM/MW for RT234M, FM/LW for RT234L).
3.Use the tuning control to tune to your desired radio station.
4.Adjust the volume level.
To enhance radio reception ability: FM: Extend the telescopic antenna.
MW/LW: Rotate the unit horizontally for optimum reception.
Listening with earphone
Connect earphones to the earphones jack on the top of the unit.
