1.In any mode, press S to enter sports mode directly.
Tip
Entering sports mode will not affect normal music playback.
Selecting Stopwatch mode
1.In sports mode, use UP (

In stopwatch mode,
•Press ON/PLAY/PAUSE ( 
) to start timer.
•Press ON/PLAY/PAUSE ( 
) again to stop timer.

•When the timer is stopped, press ON/PLAY/PAUSE ( 
) to resume.
•When timer is stopped, press OFF/STOP ( 
) again to reset timer.

In stopwatch mode, when the timer is running, press SELECT to set a lap time.

When the second lap time is set, the unit will display the lap difference on the display for 2 seconds.

After 2 seconds, the average lap time will be displayed.
