Cannot play a Video file on my MP840?
The MP840 only supports “.MTV” Video files, please see the “Transcend Multimedia Converter” section on how to convert your videos to the MTV format.
Having problems converting a Video file using the Transcend Multimedia Converter?
First, download DirectX 9.0 (or later) onto your computer. Next, open the Video file on you computer that you had a problem converting and try playing it, if the Video does not play, then this means that the Video Codec you are trying to convert has a compatibility issue with your PC and cannot be converted using the Transcend Multimedia Converter.
Cannot view a Photo file on my MP840?
The MP840 only supports “.JPG,” “.BMP” Photo files, please ensure that the photo is one of these files types.
Cannot read an E-book file on my MP840?
The MP840 only supports “.TXT” E-book files, please ensure that the E-book is this file type.
