and Fan. The indicator light beside the selected mode will
illuminate and remain on
once the mode is selected.
To operate
in Auto
feature: 
When you set the air conditioner 
to AUTO mode,
it
will automatically
select cooling,
heating 
or fan only 
depending
on what temperature you have selected and the room temperature.
The air conditioner will control 
room
temperature automatically around
the
temperature set point
selected.
To operate
in Fan only: 
Use this function
when cooling is
not desired, such as for room 
air circulation 
or to exhaust
stale
air (on some models).
Remember to open the vent during this function, but
keep
it
closed
during
cooling
for maximum cooling efficiency. You can choose any fan speed you prefer.
To operate
in Dry
mode: 
In this mode, 
the
air
conditioner will 
generally operate in the
form of a dehumidifer to remove
humidity
from the air. However, some degree of cooling
will continue.
