Connect SPARK to the computer (for instructions see section Connect and charge).
On the computer in Windows Explorer,copy the data files and paste them to SPARK.
Connect SPARK to the computer.
In Windows Explorer, locate the folder Recordings > Voice or FM radio*.
Delete the recordings as you normally would on the computer.
