LISTENING TO THE RADIO

1.Press the RADIO/BAND button to turn on the RADIO.

2.Press the RADIO/BAND button again to select the desired band. (AM or FM)

3.Press the TUNING button “>>” or “<<” momentarily (less than 0.5 sec.) to step up or step down the receiving frequency in order to select the desired station.

4.For auto tuning, press and hold the TUNING button “>>” or “<<” (more than 0.5 sec.) until the displayed frequency starts to change, then release the button. Tuning will stop automatically when a station is received.

Note: To fine-tune the selected station, follow step 3 procedures to step up or down to achieve best reception.

5.Press STOP button to turn off the unit.

TO IMPROVE BROADCAST RECEPTION

Note: Keep the headphones / earphones connected to the PHONES jack of the player. The headphones / earphones cord works as the FM antenna.

TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR RADIO RECEPTION

When auto scanning does not stop any station, or the reception is poor, it may due to weakness of signal at the location you are standing, or external interference. Please check as follows:

Change the location where you standing.

Fine-tune the tuned station by step up (Tuning Up Button) or down (Tuning Down Button).

Use manual tuning to get the desire station if above still not getting satisfactory result.
