Phenomenon

Cause or check points

The system does not restart

When unit is stopped, it won't restart

immediately.

immediately until 3 minutes have elapsed

to protect the system.

When the electric plug is pulled out and

reinserted, the protection circuit will work

for 3 minutes to protect the air conditioner.

Noise is heard:

During unit operation or at stop, a swishing

or gurgling noise may be heard. At first 2-3

minutes after unit start, this noise is more

noticeable. (This noise is generated by

Normal

refrigerant flowing in the system.)

During unit operation, a cracking noise may

Performance

be heard. This noise is generated by the

inspection

casing expanding or shrinking because of

temperature changes.

Should there be a big noise from air flow in

unit operation, air filter may be too dirty.

Smells are generated.

This is because the system circulates smells

from the interior air such as the smell of

furniture, cigarettes.

Mist or steam are blown out.

During COOL or DRY operation, indoor unit

may blow out mist. This is due to the sudden

cooling of indoor air.

HSU-09HV04, HSU-12HV04, HSU-18HV04, HSU-22HV04 specifications

Haier, a leading global brand in home appliances, has made a significant impact in the air conditioning market with its series of split air conditioner models: HSU-09HV04, HSU-12HV04, HSU-18HV04, and HSU-22HV04. Each of these models caters to different room sizes and cooling needs while maintaining Haier’s commitment to energy efficiency and user-friendly features.

Starting with the HSU-09HV04, this compact air conditioner is ideal for smaller spaces, such as bedrooms or small living areas. It boasts a cooling capacity of 9000 BTU, efficiently cooling the area while operating quietly. One of its standout features is the Eco-friendly R410A refrigerant, which not only promotes environmental sustainability but also ensures effective cooling performance. The model also incorporates an auto-restart function, which is especially useful during power outages, as it resumes operation with the last settings used.

Moving up in capacity, the HSU-12HV04 offers 12000 BTU, making it suitable for medium-sized rooms. This model is equipped with multiple cooling modes, allowing users to customize their comfort levels. Additionally, it integrates a user-friendly LCD remote control, providing convenience in adjusting settings without having to get up. The self-cleaning mechanism is another significant advantage, as it helps reduce maintenance efforts by limiting dust and mold accumulation inside the unit.

For larger spaces, the HSU-18HV04 provides a robust 18000 BTU of cooling power. This model ensures optimal climate control through its advanced inverter technology, which adjusts the compressor speed based on the room's cooling demands, thus saving energy and reducing noise levels. The HSU-18HV04 also features a powerful dehumidification function, perfect for regions with high humidity levels.

Lastly, the HSU-22HV04 stands out with its 22000 BTU cooling capacity, making it an ideal choice for larger living areas or commercial spaces. It shares many of the technologies found in its smaller counterparts, such as inverter technology and energy-efficient refrigerants. Additionally, this model emphasizes durability with high-quality components designed for long-term use and reliability.

In summary, the Haier HSU series—HSU-09HV04, HSU-12HV04, HSU-18HV04, and HSU-22HV04—presents a range of air conditioning solutions tailored to varying space requirements. Each model combines energy efficiency, advanced technology, and user-friendly features, ensuring that consumers can enjoy optimum comfort in their indoor environments while being mindful of their energy consumption.
