Troubleshooting

Windows Media Player 10 does not work.

Refer to System Requirements on page 14.

The player does not operate and nothing is played in the screen display window.

Check whether SYSTEM ON/OFF switch on the rear of the main unit is set to OFF.

Reset the player.

Connect the charger to charge the rechargeable battery.

There is no sound even if I press the Play Back button in music mode.

Check whether MP3, WMA files are saved in the main unit.

I cannot download the file.

Check whether Windows Media Player 10 is properly installed in the computer.

Check the USB connection between the computer and the main unit.

Check whether the memory is full.

It takes too long to search the music files.

It may take for a while if too many music files are saved in the main unit.

Music file or artist names are not displayed during playback.

Check the ID3 Tag of the music file.

Change the language setting.

When it is connected to a TV, the screen will not appear.

● If you want to see the main screen, disconnect the A/V cable.
