Poor sound quality

• Try unpairing your Bluetooth device from the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II and then

from a Bluetooth®

re-pairing the two. This action can possibly clear issues that might have occurred

• Press the AUX button and check that the AUX source indicator is on.

Replacing the battery

The battery should be replaced when:

The battery status indicator is yellow when manually checking the battery charge level following a consistent 10 hour charge cycle.
