Problem

Poor sound quality

• Try unpairing your Bluetooth device from the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II and then

from a Bluetooth®

re-pairing the two. This action can possibly clear issues that might have occurred

• Turn the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II off and back on.

 

• Reset the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II: Press the mute button for 10 seconds. Your

• Check for updated software for your Bluetooth device, or check owners.Bose.com for

• Press the AUX button and check that the AUX source indicator is on.

 

• Make sure the 3.5 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II.

 

• Increase the volume level on the device.

 

• Increase the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II volume.

 

 

Replacing the battery

The battery should be replaced when:

•The battery status indicator is yellow when manually checking the battery charge level following a consistent 10 hour charge cycle.

•The period of battery operation noticeably decreases.
