MP3 DISC PLAYBACK

MP3 is a format for storing digital audio. An audio CD-quality song can be compressed into the MP3 format with very little loss of quality, while taking up much less space. The DVD player plays the songs in the order they were burned on to the disc. When playback is started the elapsed time of the track that is playing will be displayed.

To Play an MP3 Disc:

1.Slide the power switch to the ON position.

2.Insert an MP3 disc into the player. A content menu will display on the screen.

3.Press the PREVIOUS ( ) or NEXT ( ) button to select a folder or a song. Note: You can also use the digit keys to select a folder to enter or a song to play.

4.Press ENTER to enter the selected folder or play the selected song.

5.Press the REPEAT button to change the play mode:

Single: Plays a song once.

Repeat Once: Repeats the song being played until stop is pressed.

Repeat Folder: Repeats the songs in a folder until stop is pressed.

Folder: Plays the songs in a folder once.

Note: During playback of an MP3 disc, press the TITLE button to switch between the FOLDER playback mode and FILELIST playback mode.

USB DEVICE AND MMC/SD/MS CARD PLAYBACK

1.Slide the POWER switch to the ON position.

2.Plug a USB device containing audio/video files into the USB port or insert a MMC/SD/MS card with the label side facing up into the card slot. The USB device or the MMC/SD/MS card will be detected and read after a few seconds. A content menu will appear on the screen.

3.Press the PREVIOUS ( ) or NEXT ( ) button to select a folder or file.

4.Press ENTER to enter the selected folder or play the selected file.

5.Press the REPEAT button to change the play mode.

Single: Plays a file once.

Repeat Once: Repeats the file being played until stop is pressed.

Repeat Folder: Repeats the files in a folder until stop is pressed.

Folder: Plays the files in a folder once.

Note: To select a USB device or a MMC/SD/MS card if a disc is playing:

Press the SOURCE button to change between DVD, USB, and MMC/SD/MS inputs.

Note: Types of files your MMC/SD/MS media will play: MPEG, MP3, AVI (XVID), and JPEG.
