•The S350DL has a battery power indicator in the LCD. Fresh batteries will show a full power level of three bars. If the indicator shows only one bar or the sound becomes week and distorted, replace the batteries.

•Check the batteries periodically for leakage. As a precaution, remove the batteries to prevent possible leakage if it is to be stored for long periods without use.
