INTRO SCAN
The intro scan feature automatically plays the first 10 seconds of each track on a CD.
1.Repeatedly press P MODE until INTRO flashes on the display.
2.Press 
. INTRO lights steadily, and intro scan starts from the first track.
To return to normal play, press 
again while the desired track is playing. Normal play continues from the beginning of that track.
To cancel intro scan, press 
or re- peatedly press P MODE until no indi- cator appears.
Note: Intro scan does not play the tracks in a programmed sequence (see “Programmed Play” on Page 22).
AUTOMATIC SEARCH MUSIC SYSTEM (ASMS)
You can use ASMS before or during regular or programmed play to quickly locate any track on a CD.
During play, press 
to return to the beginning of the current track.
Press 
again to return to the be- ginning of the previous track.
To move to the beginning of the next
track, press
