RECORDING

You can record from the CD player or radio.

Notes:

The CD-3327’s Automatic Level Control (ALC) automatically adjusts the recording level. VOLUME has no effect on recording.

Tape quality greatly affects the qual- ity of the recording. We recommend regular length (60- or 90-minute) cassette tapes. We do not recom- mend long-play cassette tapes such as C-120s because they are thin and can easily tangle. For low-noise, wide-range recordings, use normal- bias tape.

Before you load a cassette tape for recording, turn the cassette’s hub with your finger or a pencil to move the tape past its leader.

Before recording, be sure the erase- protection tabs are in place on the cassette tape you are using to record. See “Preventing Accidental Erasure” on Page 16.
