TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Should this unit exhibit a problem, check the following before seeking service.

Important! Speaker Protection Circuit

To prevent damage to the two ultra thin speakers mounted in the lid, the VOLUME control will automatically return to a low 'default' setting each time the power is switched 'Off'. This is normal and not an indication of any trouble with your unit. Adjust the volume to a comfortable listening level each time you switch the power 'On'.

CD Player will not play. Function is not selected to CD.

CD is not installed or installed incorrectly.

CD skips while playing. Disc is dirty or scratched.

Press CD button to select CD function.

Insert CD with Iabel side up.

Wipe disc with cloth or use another disc.
