DISCHARGE FOR STORAGE (for Ni-Cad type Batteries)

Plug the appropriate power adapter into the base module hole marked "DC IN". Next, insert your 6 Volt camcorder battery into the base module and press the DISCHARGE button on the top of the base module until the GREEN DISCHARGE indicator light goes on. The GREEN light will go out once the battery is fully discharged. The battery should be removed soon after the GREEN light goes out to prevent the battery from recharging automatically.

Using Your BCR261 As An Ac Power Source For Your Camcorder Connect the adapter plate provided to your camcorder in place of the battery. Plug either the AC Transformer or the DC adapter into the "DC IN" jack on the base module. Finally, plug one end of the double ended cable into the adapter plate on the camcorder, and the other end into the hole on the base module marked "output".
