Customer’s acceptance of Digital Spectrum’s RMA number reflects acceptance to the terms and conditions of Digital Spectrum's Warranty and Return Policy, as set by Digital Spectrum. All requests for RMA numbers must include product serial numbers and proof of purchase. Customer agrees to assume shipping charges on return shipments to Digital Spectrum and Digital Spectrum agrees to assume shipping charges back to customer. All returns are for repair or replacement at Digital Spectrum's discretion.. There are no returns for credit or refunds. This warranty excludes defects or damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Digital Spectrum Solutions, Inc. be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, or negligence.
