ÎConnect the water supply hose to the respective water inlet (arrow).

ÎOpen the lock on the appliance cover and swivel the appliance cover up- wards.

ÎSwivel the latch of the appliance hood upwards to keep it from shutting inad- vertently.

ÎCheck the water filter for contamination, clean/replace if required.

ÎCheck the position of the ball tap in the antifreeze/water tank, set to the water tank on the right.

The control voltage is switch on and the dis- play shows the operating status.

ÎSwitch off the motor.

ÎInstall the nozzle as described in the chapter "Connecting the nozzle".

Settings

Adjust the water pressure

Note

The water pressure can be changed right after startup with the key switch as well as during operation.

ÎAdjust the water pressure using the F5 and F4 keys "Increase/reduce water pressure".

The water pressure can be changed in increments of 5 MPa (50 bar).

ÎClose the drain tap of the water tank.

ÎSwitch on the battery main switch.

ÎTilt the safety latch of the appliance hood toward the bottom.

ÎTilt the appliance hood downward and lock it.

ÎOpen the door to the operating panel and switch on the ignition via the keys- witch.

If the tank level is low, the water will be sup- plied

Start the engine

Note

At low ambient temperatures, the preheat- ing process will start automatically. The re- spective message is shown on the display.

ÎPress the F2 key to start the motor. Motor runs warm.

During the warm up time, the display will show the clock symbol.

The set water pressure has been reached.

Adjust the brightness and contrast of the display

ÎStep 1: Press F6 key.

The appliance can only be operated with the appliance hood closed. The appliance will switch off when the appliance hood is opened.

ÎRelease emergency-stop button by turning.

ÎOpen the operating panel door.

ÎTurn the key switch to the right.

Î Step 2: Press F4 key.

After the warm up time, the appliance will be ready for high pressure operation.

Ventilating the high pressure system

ÎConnect the high pressure hose, gun and the spray pipe without nozzle as described in chapter "Startup".

ÎActivate the gun about 30 to 40 sec- onds until a continuous water jet is emit- ted from the spray pipe.
