Spray Gun Care and Cleaning
Lubrication:
Regular lubrication is important to maintain the high performance of your HVLP Automatic Spray Gun. Every time your spray gun is cleaned, the oil that lubricates the friction points is washed away.
You must lubricate all working threads after every cleaning. We recommend using a lubricant such as petroleum jelly. Using lubricants containing silicone can contaminate your entire finishing department. The following illustrations identify the spray gun lubrication points.

General System Maintenance
Relieve the pressure from the spray gun before servicing.
1.Turn off the air supply to the spray gun.
2.Disconnect air line from the spray gun.
Clean the fluid and air line filters daily.
Check for any fluid leakage from the spray gun and fluid hoses.
Flush the spray gun before changing colors and when done operating the spray gun.
