3-2. Modusschakelaar Een externe harde schijf aansluiten

De functie externe harde schijf is bedoeld om de interne harde schijf van de Network Storage met een USB-kabel op de computer van de gebruiker aan te sluiten en deze te gebruiken als externe harde schijf.

1. Verbinden

A Zet de modusschakelaar op de stand van de externe harde schijf.

B Zodra een actieve bewerking voltooid is, licht het pictogram van de betreffende functie op aan de voorzijde van de Network Storage en klinkt een geluidssignaal.

Sluit een USB-kabel aan op de USB-poort aan de achterzijde van de Network Storage en op een USB-poort van de computer, zodat deze met elkaar verbonden zijn.

Controleer of de externe harde schijf wordt herkend op de locatie ‘Deze computer’ van de computer.
