MOUNTING COVER ASSEMBLY TO

SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(See Figure 4)

NOTE: For ease of assembly, you may wish to obtain the assistance of another person for mounting cover assembly to mower.

1.Install catcher top to left side of bagger support, as illustrated. Use a 1/2-13 x 1-1/4" bolt, one 1/2" washer, a spacer and a 1/2" nyloc nut. The spacer fits inside hole in bracket. Repeat for other side. Catcher top pivots on these bolts.

2.Install a tension spring to left side of the assembly. Refer to illustration for location of spring bolt and spring hole to attach spring. This spring will raise the catcher top when the latch is released, making it easier to empty the bags.

3.Install grass bags in catcher. The cutout portion at the top of the bags goes toward the front of the machine. The illustrated bag retaining clip slides between the fabric and the tube.

4.Close catcher top. Adjust the rear latch to the desired location and tighten hardware.
