Tool Set Up

WARNING To prevent serious injury

from accidental operation:

Turn the Power Switch of the tool to its “OFF” position and unplug the tool from its electrical outlet before performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures.

3.There must not be hazardous objects, such as utility lines or foreign objects, nearby that will present a hazard while working.

Accessory Tips

Mandrels are the shanks with a threaded or screw head. Use them with the cut-off wheels, polishing wheels, and sanding discs. The shank without threads on the end is for the felt polishing wheels.

The Mounted Stones are used for sharpening cutting tools, screw- drivers etc, deburring metal after cutting, and removing excess material on metal and ceramics.

The Sanding Drums can be used to smooth out rough areas on soft materials.

The Cut-off Wheels are used for cutting, carving and slotting materials.

The Buffing Wheels are used to polish materials.

The Wire Wheels are used to clean dirty or rusted surfaces.

The Whet Stone is used to sharpen the Drill Bits.

The Drill Bits can be used to bore small holes.

4.Hold the Lock Button down and un- screw the Collar.

General Operating Instructions

1.Designate a work area that is clean and well-lit. The work area must not allow access by children or pets to prevent injury and distraction.

2.Secure loose workpieces using a vise or clamps (not included) to prevent movement while working.
