HP Auto-duplex unit (included in DN, HN and MFP versions) significantly reduces paper usage and consequently cuts costs. Precision printing in A4 and A3 sizes, on both sides of the sheet, is a practical way of outputting large documents in an easy-to-read format. Duplex registration ensures that both sides of the page are correctly aligned.

The custom media tray is designed to handle different sizes and types of media and replaces tray 3 or 5 when needed. The high-capacity HP 2000-sheet input tray means that fewer paper refills are required. The multisource HP 2 x 500-sheet input tray is ideal for different paper needs. For example letterhead can be placed in one tray and continuation paper in the other, so there is no need to change the trays’ content every time.

The mailboxes are ideal in a shared environment, providing output assignment by department, workgroup or individual, for simplified job identification, separation and retrieval.
