For AMD DIS:
1.Loosen Thermal screws(6052B0156101) * 2 。 Torsion：1.5 ± 0.2Kgf．cm
Screws can't be stripped.
Don’t hold the Copper Pipe of Thermal.
2.Disassemble THERMAL MODULE (6043B0081501) 。
