to access the menu screen.
Use the directional buttons to select the 
icon then press 
. The frame will display the calendar screen similar to the illustration below.
The calendar will display the current date. To adjust the date, review the next section titled Clock Setup and Viewing.
Use the

buttons to view the previous or next month(s).
Use the 
& 
buttons to highlight the different days in the month.
