If the album art and song titles are not displayed outside of HP Tunes or the remote control next or previous buttons do not work, close HP Tunes, close Media Center, open Windows Media Player, choose Tools, Plug-ins, select HP Tunes Media Player plug-in and then make sure there is a check mark next to HP Tunes Media Player plug-in.

4 Click the Tools menu, choose Plug-ins, and then select HP Tunes Media Player plug-in.

Close Windows Media Player.

Press the Media Center Start button

the remote control, or with your mouse click

 

Start

on the taskbar, and then click

 

Media Center.

Select HP Tunes.

 

9 Select Songs.

10 Use the arrow buttons on the remote control to select a song, and then press OK on the remote control to play a song.

If you have any issues while using HP Tunes and you can navigate to the HP Tunes Help window, you can click the Reset button. This shuts down Media Center and closes HP Tunes and iTunes. After using Reset, you may need to reset the HP Tunes utility by following the previous procedure.

Using My Music with Media Center

You can copy digital music files and organize a music library by using My Music in Media Center or by using the Windows Media Player program.

Music files that are added from within My Music in Media Center are copied into the Windows Media Player Library and are then accessible from within Media Center.
