1.2.3 LEDs

You can gather information about the status of the 3Com Router 3000 Ethernet Family and its interfaces by reading the seven LEDs on its cover, as shown in the illustration.

OFF means no link is present.

 

 

Steady ON means a link is present.

 

N3/LAN4

OFF means the ADSL/ADSL2+ line is not activated.

 

DSL LNK

 

Steady ON means the ADSL/ADSL2+ line has been activated.

 

 

Blinking means the connected two parties are negotiating
