SHIPPING OF CORES

As a reminder, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (Bendix) pays the freight for core shipments of 500 pounds or more, contingent upon the customer using our preferred freight carrier. Customers were previously contacted by Ryder – the core shipping logistics company contracted by Bendix for the core return program – regarding the preferred carrier for their region. Note that Ryder handles the logistics and does not ship the core returns. If the preferred freight carrier is unknown, refer to the information below.

Log into www.bendix.biz. The Cores Section (where you access your core report) contains two files. The first file is the North America Core Return Map and the second file is the Canadian Core Return Map. These maps list the carriers by state or province. For additional assistance contact Kelly at 260-355-4307 (if Kelly is not available, call Ryder at 877-681-1949).
