The Head Up Display (HUD), with dimming capability, is ideally suited for nighttime driving. It receives signals from an infrared camera and projects the images onto a screen. The HUD can be mounted either to the vehicle’s dash or beneath the headliner. When not in use, the notebook size HUD folds flat.
