Your phone is a unibody device, so the back cover and battery are not removable.

Your phone only support micro-SIM card. Do not attempt to insert other SIM type like mini and nano card, otherwise may cause phone damage.

If your phone meets any unexpected system crash, try to press and hold the Power key for a while until power-on animation appears.
