My cellphone is dead, can’t power on
•Make sure your battery is not completely drained or damaged.

How to make your battery last longer
•Be sure to fully charge your battery for a minimum of 3 hours.
•After a partial charge, the battery level indicator may not be exact.Wait at least 20 minutes after removing the charger to obtain an exact indication
