Playing music
Tap Music Player on the Apps screen.
To listen to music saved in your Gear, you must connect with a Bluetooth headset.
Restart the currently playing file 
or skip to the previous file. Tap
and hold to move backwards quickly.
Pause and resume playback. 
Adjust the volume.
Skip to the next file. Tap and hold to move forwards quickly.
Access additional options.
Open the playlist.
