In FDN mode, your device will restrict outgoing calls, except for the numbers stored in the FDN list. To activate FDN mode,

In the application list, select Phone.

Press [] Call settings Additional settings Fixed Dialling Numbers.

Select Enable FDN.

Enter the PIN2 supplied with your SIM or USIM card and select OK.

Select FDN list and add contacts.
