Setting downloading options

You specify your downloading preferences when you set up the account or select your synchronisation options. You can change them at any time:

•Change options for Inbox synchronisation using ActiveSync options. For more information, see Microsoft ActiveSync Help.

•Change options for direct e-mail server connections in Inbox on your phone. Tap Tools → Options... In the Accounts tab, tap the account you want to change. You can remove an account by tapping and holding the account and then selecting Delete.

Deleting a message

To delete a message, tap and hold it from the message list and then select Delete from the pop-up menu.

The deleted messages remain in the Deleted Items folder. To delete messages from the phone’s memory permanently, tap Tools → Empty Deleted Items. When a confirmation message appears, tap Yes.

Creating an E-mail or SMS message

1. From the Inbox, tap New.
