USING THE FM RADIO MENU (Continued)

To record FM Radio broadcasting

You can record an FM radio program at any time while listening to the radio.

1.Select a frequency to record in FM Radio mode and tap [ ].

2.Select <Start Recording>.

ƒ The player starts recording.

ƒ You can also record FM radio by pressing and holding

NOTE the [

] button in FM Radio mode.

To stop recording

1.Tap [ ] during the recording.

ƒA message appears asking you if you want to listen to the file you just recorded.

2.Select <Yes> or <No>.

ƒSelecting <Yes> will play the just recorded file.

ƒSelecting <No> will not play the recorded file.

ƒThe recorded file is saved in MP3 format. NOTE ƒ The recorded file is stored in <File Browser>

<Recorded Files> <FM Radio>.

ƒEach recording file can be as long as 8 hours.

ƒYou can make a recording for up to approximately 17 hours (based on 128Kbps, 1GB)

ƒYou can store a maximum of 999 files for FM radio recording.
