Connect the front/rear, center, and subwoofer speakers to the speaker terminals on the back of the main unit.

3 Connect the connecting jacks to the back of the DVD player.

Make sure the colors of the speaker terminals match the colors of the connecting jacks.

Caution

Note

Do not let children play with the speakers. They could get hurt if a speaker falls.

When connecting the speaker wires to the speakers, make sure that the polarity (+/–) is correct.

Never touch the speaker terminal while the power is on. Doing so may result in a risk of electric shock.

If you place a speaker near your TV set, screen color may be distorted because of the magnetic field generated by the speak- er. In this case, place the speaker away from your TV set.
