To use a static IP:

On the General tab, select “Use the following IP address” and fill in the IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, Preferred DNS server, and Alternative DNS server fields.

Click OK.

To use both DHCP and static IP simultaneously:

On the Alternate Configuration tab, click User configured and fill in the fields.

Click OK.
