You can prevent files from being deleted by using the

 

write-protect switch on the SD or SDHC card. Slide

 

the switch down to lock or slide it up to unlock. Lock

 

the card to prevent deletions. Unlock the card when

 

shooting.

The memory capacity may vary depending on the scenes you shoot or the shooting conditions. These capacities are based on a 1GB SD card:
