Deleting a Title

SXCVKL

Follow these instructions to delete an entry from the Title List.

NUsing the TITLE LIST button

1.With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode, press the TITLE LIST button.

2.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select an entry you want to delete in the Title List, then press the MARKER button until a checkmark appears. Repeat this step to select an additional title you want to delete.

If you don’t want to delete a certain one of the checked entries, simply select that entry and press the MARKER to deselect it until a checkmark disappears.

DVD-RW(V mode)/±RW/±R : The message “Do you want to delete?” is displayed.

 

 

 

 

5.Press the ◄ ► buttons to select Yes, then press the OK button.

MYou cannot delete a protected entry. If you want to delete a protected entry, select “Off” in the Title Protection menu. (See page 83)

When the Disc Protection has been set to Protected, you cannot delete titles. (See page 98)

Once an entry is deleted from the Title List it cannot be recovered.

Once DVD-RW/±R is finalised, it cannot be deleted.

With DVD±R, titles are only deleted from the menu, however, the Title remains physically on the disc.

If you select “Select All” in the Edit menu, all titles will be checked.

Splitting a Section of a Title (Split)
