Deleting a Title

Follow these instructions to delete an entry from the Title List.

N Using the TITLE LIST button

1.With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode, press the TITLE LIST button.

. Press the ▲▼ buttons to select an entry you want to delete in the Title List, then press the MARKER button until a checkmark appears. Repeat this step to select an additional title you want to delete.

~If you don’t want to delete a certain one of the checked entries, simply select that entry and press the MARKER to deselect it until a checkmark disappears.

DVD-RW(V mode)/±RW/±R : The message “Do you want to delete?” is displayed. . Press the _ + buttons to select Yes, then press the OK button.

` You cannot delete a protected entry. If you want to delete a protected entry, select “Off” in the Title Protection menu.

` When the Disc Protection has been set to Protected, you cannot delete titles. (See page 102)

 

` Once an entry is deleted from the Title List it cannot be recovered.

 

` Once DVD-RW/±R is finalised, it cannot be deleted.

 

` With DVD±R, titles are only deleted from the menu, however, the Title remains physically on the disc.

 

` If you select “Select All” in the Edit menu, all title will be checked.
