Recording From FM Radio

1 Press the REC button while listening to FM radio.

into an MP3 file.

Recording MP3s

Your Samsung Napster Player can be to used to record directly from any external audio source such as a CD player, cassette player, home stereo or radio.

1 While in Music mode, use the Line-In cable to connect the main unit's LINE IN jack and the LINE OUT jack of your external audio device.

2 Press the REC button again.

● Recording stops and the file is created. ● Files are recorded and renamed M0001,

M0002, and so on.

● MP3 files are automatically added to your Library.

If no sound is heard while recording, check if the monitor volume in the recording setting menu is set to "Mute".

Before you begin recording, verify that the battery is fully charged, otherwise your recording may not complete successfully.

Available recording time is displayed at the center right of the unit when recording starts. If there is no remaining capacity, recording stops automatically.
