SAMSUNG PROM CLIENT SOLUTION is a program which manages the monitor via remote control in conjunction with the server. It consists of PROM Agent, Remote Display Control, Remote Manager, PROM Player and PROM Downloader.

SAMSUNG PROM CLIENT SOLUTION is automatically run when the monitor is switched on.Each program can be controlled through the tray icon at the bottom right corner of the monitor.

SAMSUNG PROM CLIENT SOLUTION is designed for advertisement monitors. It must be installed on adver- tisement monitors.

Installing the Application

SAMSUNG PROM CLIENT SOLUTION is run automatically after installation. A software conflict may occur if any other software is automatically executed on the monitor. Software that is run automatically, such as MagicInfo-i or MagicInfo Pro, must be deleted before installing SAMSUNG PROM CLIENT SOLUTION.

Select an installation language.

Click [Next].

Select the [I accept the terms of the license agreement] option and click [Next].
