Adjusta-Fit Frame
Our Adjusta-Fit®Frame technology ensures optimum fit and performance.
• Ideal for interior and exterior applications, for unit entries from the outside or corridor.
• Great for applications allowing the use of decorative casings and moulding trim.
• Commercial-grade 16-gauge base frame, heaviest gauge available for split adjustable pre-hung steel frames.
• 22-gauge closure with 1/2" of adjustability, suitable for walls from 3 3/8" to 10” deep.
• All frames fabricated from galvanized steel and factory pre-coated with multi-layered paint finish for superior rust inhibition. Factory top-coat available.
• All base frames are kerfed to receive foam weatherstrip for superior air infiltration resistance. Pressure-fit weatherstrip is easily removable for field painting.
• Strike preps include 4 7/8" 115.1 ANSI, 2 3/4" T-Strike or 2 1/4" full lip strike. Frames prepared for 4” high hinges.
• Installable into wood and steel stud walls, as well as masonry construction.
• 90-minute positive pressure fire-rated with available 20-minute smoke rating from ITS/Warnock Hersey.
• All-aluminum base threshold (including public access) for added durability.
