TÉPANNAGE

Avant de contacter l'assistance, veuillez lire ce qui suit.

L'ensemble ne s'allume pas.

•Le cordon d'alimentation est-il branché dans la prise?

¼¼Branchez la fiche d'alimentation électrique dans la prise murale.

La fonction ne s'active pas lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton correspondant.

•L'air est-il chargé en électricité statique?

¼¼Débranchez la fiche d'alimentation électrique et rebranchez-la.

Aucun son n'est émis.

•La fonction Muet est-elle activée?

•Le volume est-il réglé au minimum?

¼¼Appuyez sur le bouton (Muet) pour annuler la fonction.

¼¼Permet de régler le Volume.

La télécommande ne fonctionne pas.

•Les piles sont-elles usées?

•La distance entre la télécommande et l'unité principale est-elle trop importante ?

¼¼Remplacez-les.

¼¼Rapprochez-vous de l’appareil.

La fonction TV SoundConnect (appariement du téléviseur) a échoué.

•Votre téléviseur prend-il en charge TV SoundConnect?

•La version du micrologiciel du téléviseur est-elle la plus récente?

•Une erreur s’est-elle produite lors de la connexion?

¼¼TV SoundConnect est pris en charge par certains téléviseurs Samsung commercialisés après 2012. Vérifiez si votre téléviseur prend en charge

TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Mettez votre téléviseur à jour avec la version du micrologiciel la plus récente.

¼¼Contactez le centre d'appels Samsung.

¼¼Réinitialisez TV SoundConnect et connectez-le à nouveau. Pour réinitialiser la connexion

TV SoundConnect, appuyez sur la touche pet maintenez-la enfoncée pendant 5 secondes.

Le voyant bleu à l'arrière du caisson de basse ne s'allume pas et le caisson de basse n'émet aucun son.

• L'unité principale est-elle sous tension?	¼¼Vérifiez le cordon d'alimentation. Si le cordon
	d'alimentation est correctement branché, vérifiez
	l'unité principale. Si votre unité principale est éteinte
	(en mode Veille), le caisson de basse est également
	en mode Veille et le voyant DEL bleu ne s'allume pas.
• Votre caisson de graves peut ne pas être connecté	¼¼Essayez de reconnecter votre caisson de graves.
